Driftwood Hospitality Management establishes venture partnerships with outside equity investors. Each investment partnership owns the hotel to be acquired. The investing equity sponsor will receive priority returns and shares of hotel profits from operations or sales. The company manages the ventures and hotels for a market rate fee and will share in the profits from operation and sales.

Since January 1994, key members of the Driftwood Hospitality management team have successfully completed the acquisition and development of 90 hotels. Driftwood has extensive operating experience with the major hotel franchises, including Hilton, Radisson, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Wyndham, Westin, Omni, Holiday Inn, Ramada and others.

Due to our strong fee base and strength of our balance sheet, we are able to provide extensive service and coverage to all assets in our portfolio. We are well positioned to assume the management of additional properties in the near future. This is a significant benefit to new clients of the company, because we can initiate a takeover of a new hotel in an expedient manner and provide corporate oversight from seasoned hotel executives, ensuring that guest satisfaction and financial returns at the new hotel are maximized immediately.
